Pano shot from BX Falls, Vernon BC Dec 24 2020, where it was close to being the shortest day of the year. Light managed to "break on through" in the afternoon to allow for this shot and I managed to "break through" the ice. Good thing it was only about a foot deep

Wee Sandy Creek
Took this shot after a kayak across Slocan Lake from Rosebury BC, followed by a hike up in Valhalla Provincial Park. The landing point for the water trip is called Wee Sandy Beach. Take the trail up and you will see many spots like this
